Payment 

Payment is due in full at the time of booking and must be received a minimum 48 hours prior to the consultation. 

Payment to be made online using Stripe, please refer to the invoice sent with your welcome pack.

Cancellation Policy

Please kindly give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice and ‘no shows’ will be charged in full. The amount charged for a missed appointment as part of the Reset or Revive packages will be equivalent to the individual consultation fee, which considers the amount of preparation work conducted prior to the consultation:

Functional Tests and Supplements

These incur an additional cost but there is no obligation to purchase.​

10% supplement discount is only available on supplements purchased through The Natural Dispensary.

Follow Up Consultations

Must be used within 6 months of the initial consultation, otherwise a repeat initial consultation will be required. ​

Documentation Following Consultations

You will receive your personalised Action Plan and any other documentation within 48 hours after the consultation, excluding weekends.

Email/Text Support

Emails/Texts are monitored during weekday working hours and will be responded to as quickly as possible, usually within 24 hours. Any communication received over the weekend will be responded to on Monday.
