I provide one-to-one nutrition consultations either in person at The Spring Rooms, Tunbridge Wells or in my virtual clinic via Zoom, please see below for further information and pricing. You are welcome to contact me for a no-obligation chat to discuss which option might work best for you.
Prices include the consultation fee, testing and supplement recommendations where appropriate, 10% discount on supplements, recipes and meal ideas to suit your needs, educational handouts, email support and a personalised Action Plan after each consultation.

Initial Consultation
£135
90 Minutes
We will go through your completed health questionnaire to explore your medical history, symptoms, diet and lifestyle factors. Functional tests may be recommended. We will agree your health goals and initial first steps.
Follow-Up Consultation
£100
60 Minutes
We will monitor your progress, track your symptoms, review any functional test results and supplement plans. We can discuss any difficulties you are experiencing, explore new areas, make amendments or add new recommendations to the programme.
Reset Package
£295
Includes 1 initial and 2 follow-up consultations (£40 saving). The Reset package usually runs over 10 - 12 weeks but the consultations will be scheduled at a pace to suit you.
Revive Package
£595
Includes 1 initial and 3 follow-up consultations with 3 shorter catch-ups in between sessions by phone or Zoom to check progress, answer questions and offer support. The Revive package usually runs over 12 weeks but the consultations will be scheduled at a pace to suit you.
Diet Review
£100
60 Minutes
We will review your diet based on your completed food diary and discussions. Recommendations will be provided to address any nutrient shortfalls. Please note I will be unable to advise on lifestyle factors, recommend any supplements/ functional tests or provide extensive advice on health conditions in this session. For this please consider an initial consultation.
Test & Results
£100
60 Minutes
In this session I will interpret your functional test results and explain these to you, with some personalised diet and lifestyle recommendations to support the results. Please be aware that the price does not include the cost of the test and I will only be able to interpret results of tests conducted through me, not externally.
